CLASSICAL VALPOLICELLA WINES

THE TERRITORY

sezioni sezioni sezioni

THE HISTORY

sezioni

“...a house on the hills of Fumane,
glimmers coming out the chimney
and polenta vanishes from the grill.
This is a spell,
they used to say in the village...”

In 1800 the family Fasoli Fedrigo started its wine business in Negrar.
In the Fifties granny Luigina and grandpa Fernando began to produce wine in Cà Dei Maghi,
giving birth, at the same time, to the so called 'Rama', what is today the Agritourism.
Mari, Giovanna, Paolo and Ivana have been carrying on the wine and food tradition of the family ever since.

THE NEW GENERATION

sezioni

In the last years the winery has been taken over by Paolo Creazzi, the nephew.
"Diversity is what I am looking for when I produce wine and I've had from the beginning the fortune to find very productive vineyards,
which are both very closed and very different one from each other. The great varieties of grapes have given me the chance
to convey the classical Wines of Valpolicella a precise identity and to experiment something new every year with our IGT-wines,
searching for that new flavour which can make the difference. Every choice is carefully thought through
and implies absolute devotion to details: there is no way around for us.

THE WINERY

sezioni

The Winery has always been on the basement of the farm where our wines rest in oak barrels.
On the first floor there is our wine tasting room, where you can taste our wines as well as our best dishes.
Few steps away we are building a new wine cellar, which will be ready in 2017. With this new room,
which will be arranged according to our precise needs, we will be able to expand our own wine production.
